I went to the grocery store after my workout last night. I wanted to pick up some kale and spinach, but there was no kale. Boooo! So I picked up some spinach, cucumbers, and just one sweet potato. Haha! I know kindda random, but I seen one juicing recipe that called for sweet potato and I wanted to try it out.
Last night, I tried juicing with spinach. Spinach doesn't yield too much juice, but I wasn't sure how strong the taste would be so I just used about 2 handfuls.
Here's what I did last night:
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 cucumber
4 carrots
1 apple
2 kiwis (I added the second kiwi after I tasted the juice. It needed a little more sweetness.)
